Our certification process starts with a team member visiting a business in-person. We check the store environment against our health guidelines and require store owners to submit their health committments to our database. Lastly, we present the certification - all while maintaining proper social distancing protocols

As the economy began to reopen, we saw that our communities were struggling to return to business as usual because fear of infection dominated and information was scarce. Our health certification is specific to a post-COVID world: standards rely on expert guidelines and certifications are completed in-person by our team. Additionally, we've made all of our reports free and publicly available on this site.
